This Week I…

…threw a Christmas in July dinner party, and didn’t take nearly enough photos (thanks to my lovely friend Lau who writes Corridor Kitchen for her snapsies)

…got a haircut

…caught a cold

………which developed into a really nasty flu

……………and caused me to lose my voice

Once the flu hit, it was all downhill. What are your get-over-the-flu-quickly remedies? I need to get better by Wednesday to help my dear friend Helen celebrate her 10 years of blogging.

i know exactly how you feel about the flu. mine hit me in literally 10 minutes, and i’ve made it through 3 1/2 boxes of tissues. remedies? eucalyptus; lemon and honey; and HEAPS of water

  People keep recommending Olive Leaf Extract, have you tried it?

i haven’t tried olive leaf extract but i’m hearing the same thing! this is day six now, and i have no voice, energy, or tissues left! time to slurp up some olive leaf i think. (i hear it’s foul though :/)
